Journey below the streets of San Bernardino and enter the secret underground installation known as the Hall Of Shadows. Here, a covert organization known only as S.H.A.D.O.W. protects the world from threats that fall outside the realm of established science. Whether its strange lights in the evening sky or scratching sounds from under your bed, it will be S.H.A.D.O.W. who is called upon to handle it… quickly and quietly.

In 1989, S.H.A.D.O.W operatives detected a signal originating from somewhere in deep space. Numerous attempts were made to translate and respond to this cryptic transmission, but none were deemed successful. Now, 30 years later, we are getting our reply. An unknown object is currently approaching Earth and is transmitting an entirely new signal. The S.H.A.D.O.W. communication chamber has remained sealed for decades and none of the original staff remain, so it will be up to you and your team to lock onto this signal, translate it, and determine if this approaching object is friend or foe.

While this is a new game with an entirely different structure and objective, it does utilize the same set and props as the former “NUMB3RZ” game. The theme and game play have changed significantly, but there are still a number of similarities to the old game. Please keep that in mind if you have previously played “NUMB3RZ”.

You and your team will be dispatched into an abandoned storage facility where an oddball assortment of objects have been collected… objects that seem to defy the very laws of nature. All of these items have a dark, sorted history and are believed to be possessed by paranormal forces. These objects have remained safely contained for decades, but are now beginning to grow “restless” . It will be up to you to find a way to keep this dangerous collection secure before these dark forces are unleashed upon the Earth.
